Resident Artist Studios

Studios may be used as a space to create, a writing nook, an office or place to teach, or a solo exhibition gallery.

 

Studio Fees include:

• 24/7 access to center and studio

• Utilities, including electric, heat, A/C, and water

• Free Wifi

• Exhibit opportunities in main gallery

• No requirement to gallery sit, and no mandatory hours

• Use of teaching space at a discounted rate

• Use of additional exhibit space at a discounted rate

• Regularly scheduled events run by LHAC to increase sales opportunities

 

Available studio sizes and monthly fee:

• 8x10 with window (2)              $200

• 8x10 no window (2)                 $180

• 7.5x10 no window                   $170

• 10x10 with windows               $250

• 11x13.5 with windows *          $360

• 8.5x13.5 with window   *         $280

(Currently, studios 8 and 9 are combined into one large studio that is approximately 19x13.5 and rents for $640)
